Craftsmanship Warranty

We guarantee the structural integrity of all our jewelry. Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners/renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry. 

Repairs can be made in store. Out of town clients are responsible for shipping & insuring their items.

Stone Warranty

We will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge.  Beyond 6 months, should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), YDBN will replace the diamonds/stones at OUR cost to you. 

Jewelry Appraisals 

We provide appraisals at no additional cost with each purchase $499 and above. Your appraisal will include a description, stone/materials specifics & pricing. You will receive two copies, one to provide to insurance that you may add on to your homeowners/renters insurance policy & one for your records.

Custom Projects

Our turnaround for custom projects is based on a number of factors - including multiple rounds of CAD revisions, complex custom pieces, and timeliness of approvals - typically 3-4 weeks from initial CAD approval to finished piece.

We offer one complimentary round of revisions to CAD, and encourage you to sit with your design for at least 24 hours to think about any changes you’d like to make. After that complimentary round of edits, all additional revisions will incur design fees that vary in cost based on scope of adjustments.
