Do I need an appointment?
Appointment is best so we can be sure to have a dedicated stylist and fitting room for you however, walk-ins are always welcome & we will always do our best to accommodate.
How long is my appointment?
A bridal is 90 minutes long. We will never rush you through making a decision!
How many guests should I bring?
We believe it's best to keep it simple: bring the people you cannot make this decision without! To be the most comfortable in our space we would suggest 5 guests but this is your call!
What sizes do you carry?
Our samples for try-on range 14-32w. All designers are able to be special ordered 00-32w.
When ordering your dress, we measure you to order your closest fit, & you’ll also choose the color & size.
We do not up-charge for plus size or extra-length!
How long does it take to order my wedding dress?
On average wedding dresses take 4-6 months to ship. We understand each brides timeline is different & we are willing to accommodate with off-the-rack sales daily or pulling from a designers stock when available.
When should I order bridesmaids dresses?
Bridesmaids dresses take 3-4 months to order in & then we'd like 1 month ideally before the wedding date for any possible alterations. We place our bridesmaids dress orders once we have received measurements & payment from everyone in the group to ensure all dresses are placed together + in the same dye lot.
What if I have bridesmaids from out of state?
This is a common occurrence! If anyone is not able to come into the store & be measured they simply call us with their bust, waist & hip measurements & they’ll choose size based on that designers size chart. Once the dresses come in your bridesmaid can choose to have her dress shipped directly to her & do any alterations closer to home!
What are my payment options?
We require 70% down to order your bridal gown. The remainder 30% is due upon shipment. Remember, we're special ordering for you in your desired size/color/custom request.
We also offer convenient payment plans with 12 months interest free financing with nothing down!
Do you offer men's attire?
The latest styles in coordinating colors to our designers are right next door at our sister store, Halberstadt's on Broadway -if shopping downtown Fargo.
We also have two other locations for our Bismarck ND brides!
